1. Your Information.

All Information submitted by you must be your own, true and accurate at the time of submission and that you will update your information as it changes.
Members are only allowed one Account.
As a condition of Membership to the Mad Cash Club, Members will receive news and information from MadChas and understand that by unsubscribing from the Newsletter they will also terminate their Membership to the Mad Cash Club Services they are using.

WEBSITES.

Must be legal; No Porn, Hate, Racists, Warez, Download Prompts, Attempting to spread any; Virus, Trojan, Malware, anything Harmful or contain Links to the previous.
No Paid-To-Promote, Sites Under Construction, Pop Ups, Rotators or ReDirectors are allowed.
Your Site must not break out of frames or cause the Surfing process to freeze.
Websites will be checked at random to ensure they are in compliance and Bounties will be offered up to those Sites that are in violation.

PERSONAL INFORMATION.

This must be your own Information.
Your email must be current and not linked to an Auto-Responder.
Members agree to receive periodic emails from us.
eMails are checked periodically to ensure compliance.
Payout details need not be current until you have reached the required minimum.

2. Account Suspensions, Cancellations, Bans and Deletions.

Accounts that are Inactive for 30 will be suspended. Admin will attempt to re-establish contact with Inactive Members, failure to re-activate your Account will cause it to be Cancelled and Deleted.
Members with Minor Violations of the TOS may have their Account suspended until such Violations are resolved.
Minor Violations can be, but not limited to:
Inappropriate Website, inaccurate, incomplete or wrong account information.
Failure to resolve Minor Violations will lead to Account Cancellation and Deletion.
Members with more Serious Violations may have their Accounts Cancelled, Banned or Deleted.
Serious Violations can be, but not limited to:
Failure to resolve Minor Violations
Attempting to spread any; Virus, Trojan, Malware, anything Harmful or contain Links to the previous.
Engaging in Fraudulent Activity, Cheating, Hacking or attempting to circumvent any Website process.
Any Accounts that are Cancelled, Banned or Deleted will Forfeit all associated Money, Referrals, Bonuses and Commissions.
Admin will make all determinations.

3. REFERRALS, BONUSES AND COMMISSIONS.

These are all Tracked through URL's and Cookies.
When Referring a Personal Referral, ensure that they are using your Referral URL they will not be moved under you once they Sign-Up.
Bonuses that are clicked on in the Surf Bar but not credited to your Account will not be credited by Admin.
Admin will determine the accuracy and validaty of all REFERRALS, BONUSES AND COMMISSIONS.
Admin's determinations will be final and binding of all involved.

4. Payouts.

Admin will determine the accuracy and validaty of all Payouts.
Members Payout details will be verified prior to Payout.
Members must be in good standing.

6.Miscellaneous.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Mad Cash Traffic Exchange and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Mad Cash Traffic Exchange's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Mad Cash Traffic Exchange may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
